We’re educating the public about the nutritional and environmental benefits of farming insects, and showing how they can be used as a super-healthy flour that we can use for all sorts of wonderful foods we already know and love (like chocolate chip cookies).
With high amounts of protein, iron, calcium and other important vitamins and minerals; using less land, water, feed and energy than traditional meat sources; producing more food, faster, with less waste and greenhouse gas emissions; insects are all-around an incredible food resource that we’ve been ignoring!
