Introducing kids to robotics, programming, and mechanics can be challenging. But using the LEGO WeDo robotics sets, plus the open-source Scratch programming language, provides easy and fun first steps for all kinds of kids from elementary to middle-school ages. See examples of robotic LEGO projects, such as animatronic animals and amusement-park rides.
What would you create if you had all of these LEGO bricks? The only limit is your imagination.
We are adult fans of LEGO® (AFOLs) that have come together because of our interests and obsessions with “the brick”. We share our ideas and experiences, we get togther to build and play. Texas Brick Railroad is one of many LUGs (LEGO® User Groups) that exist around the world. Our goals are:
– To share our ideas and skills with each other and with LEGO train fans around the world.
– To bring high-quality, interactive layouts to both train shows and LEGO events.
– To improve the quality, quantity, and visibility of LEGO model railroading throughout the great nation of Texas!
