DONATE NOW to our Fundrazr campaign! We are working night and day to bring Maker Faire back to Austin and we need your help very very much. If everyone just pitches in what they can this will happen, and if they don’t we’ll all just have to go back to pining away. We are needing funds IMMEDIATELY to pay for all the costs cropping up for putting on a big event like this. We know you want to support it… let’s Make this a happening we can all feel proud to have played a part in creating!

We just sealed the deal today… Austin Mini Maker Faire is now bigger, better, and more Austin-y than ever.
Taking place at Pine Street Station, home of HOPE Farmer’s Market at E. 5th and Waller on MAY 12th, 2012. What-what?! 5-12, just like our very own (512) area code? My gosh, it’s kismet. See. You. There!!

Austin Mini Maker Faire meet up on Jan. 26th, 7 pm!
Meet with us on Thursday, January 26th, 7 pm at the Whip In ( 1950 IH35 South Austin Texas 78704 ) to celebrate opening our Call for Makers!Let’s mingle, share enthusiasm, talk makers, strategize about spreading the call far and wide, and talk about volunteer oppurtunities for our fabulous mini Maker Faire in April. The Whip In has a truly dizzying beer and wine selection, great coffee and tea, delicious food, and a nice big space for us to congregate.
